I have been a Health Coach, Fitness Coach, and Clinical Nutritionist for many years. 

It's my passion to change lives!
I've lived and worked in 5 States now- Minnesota, Wisconsin, Texas, Florida, and Montana.  I have one daughter, Crystal Rose, who currently lives in Missoula, MT.
I'm a firm believer that anyone at any stage of life can turn everything around.
